MVP was founded in 2015, when Marco Valenza already had more than 15 years of experience as an agent,
working with players and clubs in Italy and around the world. At the end of 2016, Enzo Garsia joined the
agency, followed by Andrea Grossi at the end of 2019 and Riccardo Cortese at the end of 2025.

I recently joined MVP and I’m doing very well. I chose to work with Marco for the trust he gave me and his professionalism. His ambitions match mine and this is fundamental. MVP is a very solid agency that can help you in many ways and I’m happy to be part of it.

From the very beginning, I breathed an air of harmony and trust. The members of the MVP agency, before being excellent agents and professionals in the business, are very good people, and for me this is fundamental. Enzo is the agent who has followed and guided me from the beginning and whom I have known for the most years, with whom I have a fiduciary relationship of deep respect and esteem both in the work environment and outside. The whole agency works in extreme harmony, and a fundamental presence for my path is also the one of Marco and Andrea. I was always given the best advice, and I was always satisfied with the work done. For me it is not just an agency, but a family.

MVP and Marco are a support and security that every player would always like to have. Personally, he has been with me for three years now, and during that time we have shared important choices for my growth. The human level, as well as the technical level, is something that distinguishes this agency. Its representatives Marco, Andrea and Enzo are professionals and great people! With Marco Valenza in particular I really have a great relationship that goes beyond basketball itself and represents a point of reference for me.

MVP has represented me for quite a few years, and the thing that still amazes me is the work ethic I continue to feel. Always willing to figure out how to solve problems and achieve upcoming goals. Marco Valenza conveys to me serenity that I need to be able to perform at my best and express myself the best way possible on the court. I have always found an honest relationship with him and he has been a great help in understanding how the basketball world works also off the court, which is why several times I have recommended MVP to players (teammates) close to me who were looking for the right guidance.

I started to see basketball in a different way thanks to Marco Valenza and MVP, they have been representing me since I finished youth program and in any choice I have always been supported and advised in a professional way. I have known Marco for many years and besides being my agent he is also a friend.

MVP – Marco Valenza & Partners
Marco, Enzo and Andrea are all very smart agents, they have a lot of connections, they obviously work really heavily in Italy, but they have the power to work all throu of Europe and I’ve been able to see that first hand. Additionaly, they are a “boutique agency”, they have time for everybody, they are always there for you, you speak to them so often and this builds a relation of trust. They do stuff off the floor too. Obviously they worry about putting you in the best basketball situation, but they are also worried about your personal life, not only how many points you score or how many assists you have.
